Core Services
SilverSource helps older adults access essential health services that are often not covered by insurance. From prescription medication and dental work, to eyeglasses, hearing aids and vision care, we contribute to critical medical expenses that Medicare frequently does not.
We provide free round-trip transportation to non-emergency medical appointments through our Ride to Wellness program. Donations appreciated.
We provide financial assistance for medical alert systems so seniors can summon help in an emergency.
For those recovering from serious illness or hospitalization, we also help arrange supportive home health care, ensuring a safer recovery at home.
We host wellness workshops for seniors and those who care for them on topics such as fall prevention, diabetes self-care, and nutrition for seniors.
