Your organization is recognized as a visible sign of your care and commitment to older adults. Your Agency represents a place to turn for information, services and opportunities. And a place where families can go to support their efforts in caring for older relatives. You are a vital part of the aging network.

The focal point designation period aligns with SWCAA’s Area Plan, October 1, 2025-September 30, 2028. During this time, we look forward to showcasing your great work and achievement in various ways, beginning with a featured announcement and presence on our website. Focal points will also be included in training and networking opportunities as SWACAA hopes to strengthen support services for older adults and the professionals who work hard to improve their quality of life.
